Job Description:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Direct clients to online resources
- Educate clients on company services and facilities
- Update client records in the contact list.
- Regularly compile reports and submit to the management on overall customer satisfaction.
- Pitch ideas for improving customer care
- Disseminate research reports to the clients on daily basis
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelors from HEC recognized University
- Experience: Fresh or 1 Year or more
- Location: Lahore
