Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Direct clients to online resources
  • Educate clients on company services and facilities
  • Update client records in the contact list.
  • Regularly compile reports and submit to the management on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Pitch ideas for improving customer care
  • Disseminate research reports to the clients on daily basis

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible


Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelors from HEC recognized University
  • Experience: Fresh or 1 Year or more
